The Mill Photography Studio is based in beautiful Austin, Texas where we photograph weddings, families, events, and just about anything else that gives us an excuse to pick up a camera. We believe that variety makes us better photographers. It keeps us curious, creative, and ready for whatever walks through the door (or down the aisle).

Our photojournalistic approach to weddings enables us to capture genuine moments from across the room, because the best photos often happen when you forget we're there. We capture everything from the little details that you've spent months designing, to posed photos of the family and friends who are there to celebrate you. Family sessions are active yet relaxed, and designed to keep even the wiggliest little kiddos engaged. We're good at getting grumpy kids (and teens) to relax and let their personalities show through (even barking like a dog or making fart noises if that's what it takes to get a genuine laugh).
